Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and SootheTail.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by SootheTail and is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and SootheTail, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. A delay in providing notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services shall be governed by the laws of Brazil and the State of Minas Gerais, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction apply.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, unless applicable law gives the customer the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction or requires otherwise.
